I believe the journey to feeling better in our own bodies can be a truly enjoyable process of discovery. Exploring our responses to adjusting habits shows us what has the greater impact for each of us, individually. Using this to make incremental positive steps can soon produce powerful, rewarding results.
Working in harmony with nature – incorporating natural movement, natural nourishment and natural spaces – as much as possible can accelerate the process and further fortify our gains.
